Stuffed Shells

Making dinner on a week night can get difficult. One thing that makes it much easier is a quick recipe that yields delicious results every time. It takes less than an hour and is one of my favorite dishes!

I love this dish because you can get creative with the filling just like when making ravioli. You could add spinach or whatever you enjoy!

Stuffed Shells

You will need:
– Stuffed shells
– Mozzarella cheese
– Marinara/Pasta sauce
– Italian seasonings
– Sea Salt
– 1 egg
– Optional: Ricotta Cheese
– Ground beef/chicken/turkey/pork/etc

Pre-heat oven to 380 degrees.
Brown meat and season. Once browned, add sauce and reduce to low heat.
Mix the filling(amount is dependent on how much pasta you cook)
Cook pasta until it’s almost fully cooked.
Drain cooked shells and stuff with the cheese filling.
Arrange in meat sauce.
Optional: sprinkle cheese over the top
Cover with a piece of foil that has been sprayed with non stick or olive oil.
Bake covered for 30 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Return to oven for another 5 minutes.
