Mushroom Chicken & Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo 

This dish might be a mouthful to say but it’s a mouth full of goodness!!!

I LOVE fettuccine Alfredo! My husband loves fettuccine Alfredo! Anytime we go to an Italian restaurant, I can almost guarantee that he will order the Alfredo, that usually leaves me free to order the lasagna. Then, we share!

This dish is quick and delicious for a weeknight dinner! It’ll make you feel like you’re eating a luxurious dinner that you should have spent hours preparing, but you can whip this up in 20 minutes or less from prep to plate!

You will need:

– 1/4 cup chopped baby Bella mushrooms (my favorite mushroom other than porcini, I usually have either in my fridge)

– 1/2 cup shrimps (cooked and tail off)

– 1/2 cup grilled chicken

– Fettuccine noodles ( I loooove Al Dente, Inc’s egg fetucinne, not as much as my fresh homemade pasta, but it’s a very close second)

– 1-1/2 cup heavy cream

– 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese ( parmigiano reggiano is preferable)

– 1/2 tsp minced garlic

– 1 tbsp unsalted butter

– pinch of salt ( for taste)

Bring a pot of water to a boil.

Add noodles and cook for 3-5 minutes

In a sauce pan, melt butter and add the garlic until translucent on medium heat.

Add shrimp, chicken, and mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 mins.

Add cream, mix, and let heat up but not boil.

Add Parmesan cheese.

Salt for taste.

Drain the noodles and add into the sauce pan.

Toss until combined on low for about 2 minutes.
